We will spend some time so I can learn about your voice, singing style, register, and about you. What makes you sing? Do you sing just for fun? Do you have specific goals as a singer? We will customize a daily practice, depending on your level and objectives that you can take anywhere. Lessons typically run for 1 hour. Group Lessons

Beginners / intermediates / advanced

Do you have a friend who you sing with? Have you always wanted to learn more about harmonizing together and finding parts within the songs, or improvise together? We will work together to make it fun, musical and effective. Groups of up to 5 singers. Lessons typically run for 1 hour. Classes are held at the studio, or at your place you if you are within driving distance. Contact for booking (please let us know how many singers)

Singing Circle Workshops

Singing circles are designed for singers, or groups that want to express their individual voice while harmonizing with others. Freedom, fun and self-expression in singing are an integral part of these workshops. We will work on reconnecting with your voice while we explore group dynamics. Singing circles are a lot of fun, and they work better in bigger group situations (12 to 20 people) like women groups, corporate singing circles, mommy & me groups, and groups of friends. Workshops go from 2 hours to a full day (with breaks in between). It is never too early to start singing and playing music! In fact, music is not only a great creative outlet, but it also promotes cognitive skills in many other areas. We adapt our classes to young ones, starting with kids from 4 onwards.
Learning music is like learning a new language and the best way to get it is to be immersed in it. We include rhythmic games, music appreciation, song memorization, dancing  and participation so that your child can have a full musical experience.

Private Lessons

The songs created in Singing Circles are entirely improvised as a way for participants to explore the musical realm spontaneously.

Singing Circles are for singers and "non"-singers alike; the fabric of community allows for a safe space for self-expression and freedom. This allows for healing and celebration to occur within the group and with each individual, making Singing Circles extremely therapeutic, creative and fun.

Improvising in music has been and continues to be a central part of the core of many cultures around the world. In music we walk, we dance, we celebrate, we reflect and we mourn. When we allow ourselves to play, our first instrument, the human voice guides us to a universe worth discovering.

Singing Circles facilitated by Lucia generally range from 10 to 20 people.
