Private Study
Group Lessons
Beginners / intermediates / advanced
Do you have a friend who you sing with? Have you always wanted to learn more about harmonizing together and finding parts within the songs, or improvise together? We will work together to make it fun, musical and effective. Groups of up to 5 singers. Lessons typically run for 1 hour. Classes are held at the studio, or at your place you if you are within driving distance. Contact for booking (please let us know how many singers)
Singing Circle Workshops
Singing circles are designed for singers, or groups that want to express their individual voice while harmonizing with others. Freedom, fun and self-expression in singing are an integral part of these workshops. We will work on reconnecting with your voice while we explore group dynamics. Singing circles are a lot of fun, and they work better in bigger group situations (12 to 20 people) like women groups, corporate singing circles, mommy & me groups, and groups of friends. Workshops go from 2 hours to a full day (with breaks in between). Let me know if you're interested in hosting a Singing Circle at your home or if you would like to hear about one happening in a location near you. Contact for booking (please let us know how many singers)
It is never

“Lucia has an uncanny talent to make my shy daughter
feel at ease and boost her self-confidence, and she has managed to educate her
ear and voice. Lucia has done what I thought was impossible, she has awaken my
daughter's inner singer, and now I have a nightingale humming around every day. Thank you,
Lucia, you blessed both of us by tuning the best
instrument of all, the one we are all born with.”
–Chelo Alvarez-Stehle

This makes for a very rich and personalized experience. The Latin root of the word 'educate' means 'to draw out'. I believe Lucia is offering instruction that is in harmony with this meaning."

"I really enjoy taking voice lessons from Lucia. She makes me feel comfortable to explore my own voice, and find my unique quality. I love singing along to my favorite songs, and yet Lucia taught me to improvise so I can create my own music. I love it! Thanks Lucia!""Lucia has the talent, sensitivity and gift to help
a student literally “find their voice”. For me it was a moving experience to
get in touch with my voice in the process of doing singing exercises with
Lucia. It was as if she intuitively guided me so that I was able to release my
authentic voice with a richer sound and more range and nuance. This was done
while provided instruction with a sense of play and discovery. I highly
recommend Lucia!"
